We use the consent manager of ConsentManager GmbH to manage your consents for the use of cookies and tracking tools. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
The consent manager is an IAB-certified CMP (Consent Management Provider) with CMP ID 31. It stores your cookie preferences and ensures that only the services you have approved are activated. The data is stored locally in your browser and processed on servers in Europe.

We use the Google Tag Manager, a service of Google LLC. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). The Tag Manager allows us to manage website tags via an interface.
The Google Tag Manager itself does not store cookies and does not collect any personal data. It only triggers other tags that may collect data.
We use the Calendly service from Calendly LLC to book our coaching methods. Calendly provides an externally hosted online appointment scheduler through which you can view available appointments and book directly.
When using Calendly, the following data is processed – depending on your input – in particular your name, email address, selected appointment, time zone, as well as any other information you provide. Processing takes place for the purpose of scheduling and managing appointments.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), insofar as the booking serves the performance of our services. If integration takes place for convenience and marketing purposes, we base this on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. In addition, use for efficient appointment management may be based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Calendly may process data in the USA. The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses (SCC) in accordance with Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. Please note that there may be an increased risk for data transfers to the USA (access by US authorities cannot be ruled out).
