All services and offers are provided exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions. These are an integral part of all contracts that Holistic Leader - Victoria Beckers, Hufeisen 13, D-41352 Korschenbroich concludes with its clients for the services it offers. They also apply to all future services or offers to the client, even if they are not agreed separately again. The terms and conditions of the client/customer or third parties shall not apply, even if Holistic Leader, Victoria Beckers, Hufeisen 13, D-41352 Korschenbroich does not separately object to their validity in individual cases. Even if Holistic Leader, Victoria Beckers, Hufeisen 13, D-41352 Korschenbroich refers to a letter that contains or refers to the terms and conditions of the client or a third party, this does not constitute agreement with the validity of those terms and conditions. Conflicting or differing terms and conditions shall only apply if they have been agreed in advance with Holistic Leader, Victoria Beckers, Hufeisen 13, D-41352 Korschenbroich, and confirmed in writing.
The provider offers coaching services, consultations, and other programs in the areas of systemic business coaching as well as complementary methods such as Emotion Code, Body Code™, AEP (Advanced Energy Psychology), and other energetic techniques. The specific services are described on the website www.holistic-leader.com and can be selected by the client/customer when booking.
The coaching and consulting services offered by the provider are not medical or therapeutic treatments. It is expressly pointed out that no promises of healing are made. The methods are used exclusively to promote personal and professional development and to provide emotional and mental support. The provider accepts no liability for the healing or improvement of physical or psychological complaints. Coaching and counseling cannot replace the advice or treatment of a doctor or therapist.
Booking via Calendly:
All coaching sessions are booked via the Calendly booking portal (LINK). The customer selects the desired appointment based on the provider's availability and confirms the booking via the online calendar. A booking confirmation will be sent by email immediately after the reservation.
Payment:
For bookings of individual sessions or packages, the respective prices displayed to the customer prior to booking apply. Payment for individual and package bookings is made in advance. After booking, the customer receives an invoice, which must be paid using the specified payment method. Accepted payment methods include [list of payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal].
Refunds:
Cancellation up to 11 calendar days: The customer can cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge up to 11 calendar days before the session. The amount already paid will be refunded in full. Cancellation between 10 and 6 calendar days before the appointment: For cancellations made between 10 and 6 calendar days before the agreed appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. Cancellation within 5 calendar days prior to the appointment: No refund will be given for cancellations made within 5 calendar days prior to the appointment. The full fee will remain payable. In the event of cancellation by the provider, the amount already paid will be refunded in full and the customer will be informed immediately.
Late payment:
If payment for the booked coaching session is not received on time, the provider reserves the right to cancel or not to hold the appointment until payment has been received. In this case, the cancellation conditions shall apply.
All information collected during the coaching and consultation will be treated as strictly confidential. The provider undertakes not to disclose any personal data or content of the session without the express consent of the customer, unless there is a legal obligation to disclose such information.
The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Participation in coaching sessions is at the client's own risk.
Holistic Leader - Victoria Beckers considers the proper processing of personal data to be very important and has introduced a data protection policy in accordance with the GDPR, which can be viewed at http://www.energie-durch-entwicklung.com/datenschutzerklaerung/. The agreements made between the parties regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the data protection agreement, which can be found at http://www.energie-durch-entwicklung.com/datenschutzerklaerung/.
The provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer in writing or by email and are considered accepted if the customer does not object to the changed Terms and Conditions within 14 days of notification.
Should individual provisions of the General Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. The invalid and unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by valid and enforceable provisions that come as close as possible to the economic purpose pursued by the contracting parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete. The General Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany; any conflict of law provisions are excluded. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions is Korschenbroich, whereby Holistic Leader - Victoria Beckers is free to take legal action against the customer at the customer's place of jurisdiction.

With Victoria, I released limiting beliefs
I had a session with Victoria through her new signature program on leadership, focused on advancing in my professional life. She created a safe and supportive space to explore my intentions and motivations around being a leader.
